The story of how this amazing program came to be.

In 1998 I spent 6 months in war torn Bosnia on a tour of duty. I realized that being in this situation was something that I didn't care to repeat. The only thing I was good at was pulling a trigger and working out. If I wanted to get out of the army and make a living in the civilian world I had to either find a job where I could pull a trigger and get paid, or train people and get paid. Training people sounded like the better option.

In order to come straight out of the military and make a living, I had better figure out the perfect system to help people get in awesome shape and do it fast. A system so perfect that no one that went on it would fail. If I could create it, my success was guaranteed. People would talk and clients that needed to get "beach ready" fast would come.

I created that body transformation manual and my company's personal training clients started seeing great results. I had a lot of time and willing "testers" to get it perfect. With their help I knew exactly what worked and what didn't. The personal referrals started coming in and Buildingbodies Personal Training grew to what it is today.

After two years, I had my hands full trying to handle the amount of people on a one-on-one basis that were coming through the door.
